What areas do you work in?
Wallace Constructions is based in Sydney's Eastern and South-Eastern Suburbs, with projects across areas including Queens Park, Clovelly, Bondi, Bronte, Woollahra, Maroubra, Matraville and surrounding suburbs.
What types of projects do you take on?
Our primary focus is substantial residential renovations, extensions and additions, architectural projects and custom homes.
Can you work with our architect or interior designer?
Absolutely. We regularly work collaboratively with architects, interior designers and design studios and enjoy being part of projects where the design and detailing are important.
Can you become involved before the design is finished?
Yes. Early builder and contract involvement can be valuable where buildability, construction detailing, approvals, materials or costs still need to be resolved. We can work collaboratively with you and your design team as the project develops.
Do you offer design and construct?
Yes. Depending on the project, we can take a more collaborative design and construct approach and work with the appropriate design professionals to develop and deliver the project.
When should we contact you?
Ideally, earlier rather than later. Even where plans are still being developed, an initial conversation allows us to understand the project and determine the best way forward.
