Led by licensed builder Tyler Wallace, the business has been built around a straightforward philosophy: care about the work, understand the details and never accept an outcome that doesn't feel properly resolved.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Tyler brings a strong understanding of both construction and design to every project. That means looking beyond drawings and specifications to understand how materials, details and spaces need to come together in the finished home.
Wallace Constructions works directly with homeowners as well as architects, interior designers and design studios, providing a collaborative building approach from early planning and buildability through to construction and completion.
The result is a considered, hands-on way of building that places equal importance on the experience of the project and the quality of the finished home.

Tyler has spent more than 17 years working across residential construction, developing a particular appreciation for architectural building, detailed carpentry and considered residential design.
His approach is practical and collaborative. He enjoys being involved in the detail, understanding what a designer or client is trying to achieve and working through the best way to make it happen on site.
For Tyler, quality isn’t simply about the visible finish. It’s about the decisions, preparation and workmanship behind it.
